SHOP POLICIES

 

RETURN & EXCHANGES
-For returns and exchanges, contact returns@miyoart.com within 7 days of delivery.
-Items must be returned within 30 days after delivery. 

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it,  the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
-Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS

For cancellations, requests must be within a 24 hour window of purchase. Once the item has shipped or is in production for print on demand items, a cancellation will not be possible.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at help@miyoart.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
-There will be no return or exchanges for print on demand items, because these items aren’t mass-produced they are made to order when you order them. If your item is misprinted, defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item please contact me at returns@miyoart.com and instructions will be given to you for your claim. 

-Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

ARTWORK POLICIES AND RESELLING

All artwork, designs, illustrations, characters, logos and graphics are copyrighted works of Miyo Art Design. All items and designs are for personal use only and unlawful to be reproduced, redistributed,  or altered in any way. 

SHIPPING

-Our normal processing times are between 1-7 days, however when there are sales or new releases processing times may be extended due to an influx of orders. I'll update the announcement bar found at the top of the website when there's any changes  to our processing time which will override our normal time.
